Why Staging Works

As the founder and owner of Bella Casa Staging & Redesign, Lisa Pelc is a leader in the home staging industry. Although she began in the interior design world early in her college life, she left her creative aspirations in order to explore science, earning a Bachelor’s Degree and quickly moving into the semiconductor industry, starting a promising job in 1992 as an Industrial Engineer in Dallas at the well-known Texas Instruments. In 2009 she entered the aerospace industry as an Industrial Engineer at Raytheon. The economic downturn in the aerospace industry in 2012 was the final push she needed to change gears and start her own company. 

Lisa’s confidence, combined with her passion and natural knack for design, led her to  serve as the 2016 Florida State President for the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). In 2017 Lisa was appointed to the Board of Advisors for the Home staging and Redesign Association (HSRA). As a leader of this elite global community, Lisa has garnered the attention of professional home stagers and other real estate professionals from around the world.

FYI channel’s, “Zombie House Flipping” filmed Lisa and her team in Orlando, when Bella Casa professionally staged all 8 properties on the first season. Her ability to work with a wide variety of homes, each with their own distinct style and character, has made her a leading professional in this competitive industry.
