Why Staging Works

This service consists of a detailed walk through of the property with the homeowner. Included in this service is an action plan presented to the homeowner. Our main goal is to create a home that appeals to a wide range of buyers by enhancing the positive features of the home while downplaying the negatives aspects of the home. Most home staging consultations take approximately one hour.
